Located in Seattle’s trendy Lakewood/Columbia City neighborhood, this private (separate entrance—with keyless entry), quiet, clean, and comfortable apartment is the perfect home-base for your vacation or business trip! Reflective of careful attention to detail, the two-bedroom (one bedroom w/ a KING bed; one bedroom w/ a Queen bed) apartment is cozy and welcoming. The space This apartment boasts a small living room, a full kitchen, two bedrooms (one KING, one Queen), a bathroom, and access to a laundry space with washer/dryer. The apartment is located in the basement of our home, but with an entirely separate/private entrance (with a private walkway). Parking is easy and included! Guest access The apartment is entirely private, with no shared spaces. However, there is a separate laundry room with its own entrance that we (hosts) may access during your stay. The laundry room is not in your rental, though! Also, the outdoor covered patio is available to guests, but we (hosts) may also use the area at times. While your rental is entirely private (as a basement ADU), we live upstairs and you may sometimes hear us walking around or occasionally hear our two small dogs barking.
