You will have access to large lush garden with garden furniture, barbecue and a jacuzzi for 6 persons. Flat comes with robot vacuum cleaner, robot mop and robot grass cutter, so there is little need for manual labor. 3 cozy cats live here - they will need to be fed and plants will need to be watered :)
