The space The recently renovated apartment is located within a large "Sardinian courtyard": a typical courtyard characteristic of the historic houses of the villages of Sardinia. During your stay, you will have access to outdoor areas, including a beautiful solarium on the surface of the house where there are comfortable sun loungers to sunbathe. This area is very useful, especially on windy days. The house is located on the first floor and consists of a sleeping area in which we find the double bedroom that has a very comfortable double bed, the four-door wardrobe where you can put your things, a chest of drawers and a huge mirror. The room also has an air conditioner. The living area, on the other hand, consists of a beautiful sofa (convertible into a comfortable sofa bed), a TV, a beautiful table where you can enjoy meals peacefully, and a kitchen with an induction stove. There is a refrigerator with freezer, toaster and an espresso machine. There are also all the tools you will need. The bathroom, which is located between the living area and the sleeping area, consists of a toilet, bidet, sink and a comfortable shower. You will also find a courtesy kit complete with shampoo and shower gel. The apartment has an outdoor area with a table, chairs, and umbrella where you can eat meals or spend time outdoors in peace. There is also a spiral staircase that connects to the upper part where there is the fantastic solarium. The house has an air conditioner to cool the environment and a washing machine, it is also equipped with high-quality sheets and towels. Parking is free on the street and is about 150 meters from the house. The house can accommodate up to a maximum of 4 people, it is a great accommodation for families but also for a group of friends.
