You’ll be within easy reach of shops, beaches, restaurants, and nightlife, while the charming Old Town is only a pleasant 10-minute walk away. The apartment features two bedrooms, each with a comfortable double bed. The living room includes a pull-out sofa, providing flexible sleeping arrangements when needed. Please note that the dining area comfortably seats up to four guests. There are two balconies, perfect for relaxing with a morning coffee or an evening drink. The bathroom is brand new and fitted with a modern shower cabin. The kitchen is also newly installed and fully equipped with everything you might need for your stay. **BOTH BEDROOMS HAVE AIR CONDITIONING** Guest access You’ll find a green market and a supermarket just across the road from the apartment, so it’s really easy to grab anything you might need during your stay. I’m happy to be flexible with check-in and check-out whenever possible, unless other guests are arriving or leaving on the same day. We kindly ask guests to respect our neighbors, so parties and loud events are not allowed. Slovenska Plaža is less than a 5-minute walk away. Budva Marina is also about 5 minutes on foot, where you can book tourist boat trips to explore the stunning coastline of the Budva Riviera. We are happy to help arrange car rentals or excursions according to your wishes.
