The space This newly furnished 67 square meter apartment is situated on the first floor of a 3 floor building. It is in a perfect location for the shops, beaches, restaurants, nightlife and just a 10 min walk to the the lovely old town of Budva. There are 2 bedrooms with double beds. There is a pull out bed in the living room, so this apartment has got extra sleeping space if needed but it only accommodates for 4 people around the dinner table. There are 2 balconies. The bathroom is new and has a shower cabin. The kitchen is also newly fitted and has everything you need. Guest access The green market and supermarket are just across the road from this apartment. Check in and check out can be flexible unless other guest are arriving or departing on the same day. Other things to note This is a very nice neighborhood. Very close to all the attractions. We respect our neighbours. No parties. Slovenska plaza beach is less than 5 minuets away. Budva marina is also within walking distance of 5 minuets, where you can arrange trips with tourist boats to see the beautiful coastline of Budvanski riviera. We can help to arrange rent a car or trips of your choice. There are many beautiful sites to visit including the exclusive Sveti Stefan, Lovcen, Bay of Kotor, and many more. Transfers could be arranged from Tivat airport or from Budva bus station for an appropriate fee.
