It's the entire second floor above a newly built two car garage. The space is sunny and spacious with a private entrance. The kitchen is equipped with all new appliances, including: • Dishwasher • Full sized refrigerator • Microwave • Bread toaster • Stove/oven • Keurig coffee maker • Utensils • Cooking pots & pans Feel free to use anything that's available at the place. A fee of $100 will be assessed if smoking occurs. Misplacement or loss of the key will result in a $100 fee assessed.
