This traditional Scottish home is located in the bustling West End of Edinburgh. It is just a few minutes walk from the tram stop & the main Haymarket train station (very convenient for arriving and departing) There is an abundance of restaurants, bars and shops right at your door & every main tourist attraction is within walking distance - you couldn’t hope for a more central location to explore Edinburgh! I have 10 years of experience on Airbnb & over 5500 positive reviews The space The flat is extremely central and convenient to reach if you are arriving in Edinburgh by train, bus, car or from the Edinburgh airport as the Haymarket tram stop and all other major transport links are located just outside the property. Fresh bed sheets and towels are always provided. Guest access You will have access to the entire apartment, which includes the use of a fully equipped kitchen and bathroom (both of which are cleaned prior to arrival by my excellent housekeeping team). Other things to note Please note, the property is on the 2rd floor so there are 3 sets of stairs to climb when entering the main building. The stairwell is pretty outdated (which is very common for Edinburgh) but don't let that be reflected in the property standard itself. The Room sizes inside the property are as follows: Bedroom 1 - 3.51 x 3.17m Bedroom 2 - 3.17 x 2.29m Bedroom 3 - 3.17 x 2.08m There is also a floor plan for reference in the 'additional photos' section of the photos. The bedrooms are located side by side next to each other inside the property and overlook a semi-busy street, which has potential for some general noise from the street below.
