The home has been chiseled into the cliff side with panoramic views of the coastline and neighboring Virgin islands. The house was designed with uninhabited island Hans Lollik it's focal point. Palmera’s 4 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms are fashioned after a 5 star hotel, with flat screen TV’s, private relaxation areas, high quality linens, and custom closets. The bathrooms feature custom double vanities and mirrors, high quality towels, designer fixtures, elaborate custom tile work, and outdoor showers. The villa includes a custom chef‘s kitchen and opulent living spaces to comfortably accommodate eight guests. Outdoor living spaces include three patios: one ocean facing with an infinity edge pool, a rear garden patio, and a private ocean facing patio off of suite 3.
