The kitchen is fully stocked with all the essentials including pots/pans, cookware, bakeware, toaster, blender and regular coffee maker. On the main level there is one bedroom with a Queen bed, closet, dresser and TV along with a full size bathroom with a walk-in shower. Upstairs is the master suite with a King bed, breathtaking ocean views, large closet, dresser, TV and UPDATED attached bathroom with walk-in shower. The third bedroom has two Full size beds, dresser, flat screen TV and ensuite bathroom with a shower/tub combo. This rental includes a washer/dryer along with beach gear for your convenience. This private gated community provides a paved path and boardwalk over the dunes that makes accessing the beach quick and simple. An outdoor shower is close by to rinse off. Guests have full access to enjoy the Summer Beach community pool or the Amelia Golf Club’s Beach (oceanfront) pool. Walking trails, bike & kayak rentals, beloved restaurants, shopping and Fernandina Beach Historic District is all nearby. This location is ideal for a couples retreat or a family getaway!
