Nestled in lush tropical gardens, Island Gardens Casita is a spacious, colorful studio apartment with high Caribbean syle ceilings, a fully-equipped kitchen, and an outdoor gas grill. Spacious and serene, Island Gardens Casita features a king-sized bed and a large wrap-around porch. A grocery store, mail service, and restaurants, including local landmarks Skinny Legs, Aqua Bistro are all within easy walking distance. Enjoy plenty of nightly entertainment--a simple 5-minute walk. Yoga and pilates classes convene at a short walk from the house. Guest access This listing is for Island Gardens Casita, a spacious, colorful studio apartment with high Caribbean-style ceilings, a full kitchen, and a large wrap-around porch. *The nightly rate is for 2 guests. If you are traveling with a friend & don't want to share a bed, I have a very comfortable role-away bed.There is a $15. per night 'added guest fee'. Other things to note Beach chairs, towels, guidebooks, & a cooler are provided if you are headed to the beach…! Several St. John guidebooks are available for your use. Pack light! Work suitable Wi-Fi included. Laundry: As a convenience, I provide laundry service 1/load free per week. . There is no laundromat in Coral Bay and Cruz Bay laundromats are expensive. (Water & electricity are very precious resources here.)
