This turnkey approach is guaranteed to level up your vacation experience! The boat may only be rented by the week between Memorial Day and Labor Day. Rentals for less than one week will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Availability is not guaranteed unless you have received confirmation from the host and signed the required documentation ahead of time. Boat renters must abide by Maryland law at all times, including taking a boater's safety course before renting and signing all required waivers. This property's driveway is very steep, and in the event of winter weather, 4WD/AWD vehicles are needed to access the lower driveway and parking area. Alternatively, guests can park in the upper lot by the road.* Guest access Check in is at 4pm and check out is at 10am. An early check in or late check out may be arranged in advance (for an additional fee) if it is available. Other things to note What to Bring: Paper products (toilet paper, paper towels, coffee filters, etc.), bath toiletries, hair dryers, hand soap, laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent, trash bags, specialty kitchen items (crock pot, roasting pans, etc.), and towels for lake, pool, or hot tub use. In an effort to maintain a secure premises, the house is equipped with several exterior cameras. The cameras are ONLY on the exterior, and there are no cameras on the inside.
