Guest access Guests access the apartment from the front of the property. There are two doors with key pad locks. This is a shared entry way with guests, if any, in the upper unit. Other things to note Your space is the lower unit in a duplex. You are NOT sharing any living space. There is a shared driveway on the property and free parking available on the street. You have exclusive access to the laundry appliances in the basement. Please note that the unit does NOT have air conditioning.
