There are only 5 meters between you and the beach. The space Volta Rodo is a luxurious 6 master bedroom villa located right in front of Kokkini Hani beach, in Heraklion, Crete. The Exclusive Residence Villa Volta Rodo can accommodate large groups or families with their children and due to its layout offers privacy and seclusion. It has a large swimming pool, sun loungers, hammam, jacuzzi, barbeque, billiards, foosball, gym, living rooms, a fully functional kitchen, eight bathrooms and can accommodate up to 12 people. The balconies and terraces offer stunning panoramic sea views and the minimalist furnishings and materials give a clean, serene atmosphere. Ground floor At the main entrance you will find a courtyard with seating and billiards playing an eight-ball game, overlooking the sea. Your first impression as you enter the villa is the bright, large living room with fireplace, comfortable seating on velvet sofas and armchairs, 65-inch HD TV with Netflix® and satellite channels. The open space has a large indoor dining room with a wide handmade wooden table and a fully furnished kitchen with high quality accessories and appliances and access to the outdoor barbecue. The Rocks Suite, one of the six master suites of the villa, is located on the ground floor and offers a King Size bed 2m x 1.6m, a wardrobe, a work desk, a private bathroom with shower and a 45-inch HD TV. First floor Reaching the first floor via a staircase or elevator, you will find a shared toilet and three master suites. The Sunset and Sunrise master suites are equipped with a double bed (1.6m x 2m) that can be divided into two single beds, a 45-inch TV with satellite channels, a private bathroom with shower, a wardrobe and a workspace. Sunrise has a balcony overlooking the barbecue area and the mountain. There is also the Queen master suite with a private large balcony, living room and outdoor jacuzzi overlooking the sea. Suite amenities include a King Size bed (1.6m x 2m), and a large walk-in closet, work desk, private bathroom with shower and whirlpool. Second floor The second floor consists of two luxurious large penthouse suites, Sea and Red Sky. Bright and dreamy, with sloping ceilings, the suites feature King Size beds (1.6m x 2m), large private bathrooms with showers, closets, work desks, 45-inch TVs with satellite channels. Each suite has its own private balcony with a seating area and a Jacuzzi where you will spend quiet hours enjoying the panoramic views of the sea and the mountain. Outdoor From the indoor living room you can go out to the pool courtyard. There you will find a comfortable, open-air dining room with a large handmade wooden table used by monasteries to enjoy your drinks and meals, you and your company. You will also find the specially designed 50 sq.m. heated infinity pool, which is filtered with a special salt system and not with chlorine or other chemicals. Important information The pool can only be heated on request with an extra charge of 55 euros/day during the periods 20/4-15/6 and 1/10-15/11. You can enjoy your coffee or drink in the 2 living rooms or on the pool loungers.
