Other equipment: - air conditioning - Wifi internet connection - free of charge - shading - black out on all windows - floor heating - electric - fridge with small freezer - kettle - mobile induction cooker - standard kitchen equipment (plates, cutlery, glasses, mugs,...) - WC - dry toilet with controlled odor removal - towels & bath towels, bathrobes for the sauna - bed linen and sheets - sitting on the terrace & sunbeds Equipment in the area: - showers - laundry room - restaurant - parking - sports field - bicycle and sports equipment rental Sauna & Barrel: - the sauna is floating with wood heating, without electrical connection - the sauna is normally tied to the pier from March to October and from October to February (if the water in the pond does not freeze) it can float on the surface between the shore and the first island) - The sauna must be prepared for certain times in advance (you will agree on the time upon arrival which times and days you will have ready) During free times, the sauna and the barrel will be available to other guests of the area - Barrel - heating also with wood, it is necessary to decide whether you will use the barrel as a cooling pool or as a hot barrel. - Barrel - preparation for the time must be arranged at the time of arrival - Bathrobes & towels - one set for the entire stay is always included. Guest access Additional information: - Fishing on private land / a fishing spot with a jetty is included, you can buy a fishing permit on the spot/ - Sauna and relaxation in a hot tub, which we will prepare for you at the agreed time at the time of your arrival. - Restaurant with local menu. - Beach volleyball and tennis are included in the price. - Cycling with a bike rental where you can rent a bike or scooter on the spot for a fee... Other things to note The sauna and the hot tub are available at a specific agreed time (especially the beginning) due to preparation - warming up the cabin or the barrel. We heat with wood and it takes time to heat up both the sauna and possibly the barrel. The barrel can be used as a cooling pool with cold water, or as a hot barrel with warm water. You cannot use both variants at the same time.
