We're located 10-15 minutes from NRG stadium, Toyota Center, Minute Maid Park, Downtown Aquarium, Galleria area, River Oaks Area, etc. 10 minutes away from 4-5 star restaurants and popular clubs such as; Nobu, Moxies, Morton's Steakhouse, Pappadeaux, Kamp, The Address, Thirteen, etc. The decor, space, and vibes will guarantee the "Houston Vay Cay" will be your fave vacation! The space This stylish comfortable home is yours for your private enjoyment! We are now offering longer stays with a 30 day minimum. For longer stays, Guests must provide a valid ID, sign a Docusign agreeing to house rules, and confirming rental dates. *As an incentive for our long stay guests, we will provide your favorite snacks and wine/beer.* LIVING AREA: › Modern, spacious organic living area. 55 inches Smart TV and high-Speed WiFi 300 Mbps. › Dining table and kitchen countertop KITCHEN: ›Fully stocked kitchen with all top-of-the-line appliances and features. ›Coffee machine, blender, Ice maker, cookware, glassware, dishwasher, refrigerator with filtered water dispenser, microwave, stove, and oven. BEDROOMS (3): The home sleeps 7 people in comfortable beds. › All bedrooms have Tempur-Pedic style mattresses, 600 thread count sheets, and plenty of pillows and blankets available. #1- Master bedroom with a full private bathroom, 1 King-size bed, large closet, 50-inch smart TV. #2- Three way twin size bunk bed with decent spacious closet/desk/ 50 inch smart TV. #3- 1 King-size bed, large closet, 50-inch smart TV. BATHROOMS (2.5): ›All bathrooms are stocked with toiletries (toothbrushes),plush towels, and a hairdryer. OUTDOOR SPACE: › Sitting/eating area › Our property is professionally cleaned and sanitized up to CDC guidelines and inspected before each stay to ensure your safety. › Household cleaning supplies are provided (Windex, Clorox spray, etc.). › Washer and dryer (detergent and dryer sheets are provided) LOGISTICS: › A welcome message with your personalized check-in instructions will be sent on the day of your arrival. › Check-in: 4:00 PM. › Check-out: 11:00 AM. › An early check-in or late check-out time may be available, please inquire about availability and pricing. TVs: All of our TVs are Smart with access to log into your favorite streaming channels. GARBAGE: Please dispose of your garbage prior to leaving the home through the 2 garbage bins located in front of home. PARTIES & EVENTS: We do not allow parties, receptions, or events. The home is located in a residential neighborhood and local ordinances dictate no excessively loud music or noise after 11PM. This is our most important rule that can result in the termination of your reservation along with additional fees. PARKING: 2 free parking spaces on the left side of the driveway. PERSONAL BELONGINGS: The host isn’t responsible for any package delivery or personal belongings left at the property after checkout.
