This is 6 BHK apartment 6 bathrooms and 4 balconies AND 2 KITCHENS along with 2 parking inside the building and a few cars on street parking too.. You will get the entire apartment to yourself. There are 2 apartments 1 on the 2nd floor and 1 apartment on the 3rd floor with Lift. If you want to book for more persons upto 40 if your need is for more person you can have a word with me , if you can adjust yourselves we will provide you all with extra mattresses, from my side the is no problem. The space 1 apartment is designed in Vintage raj bari style, so come and enjoy and soak in the Vintage ambiance . Other things to note KINDLY NOTE THAT AIR CONDITIONER IS CHARGED SEPARATELY @14 PER UNIT .On arrival please take the picture of the sub meter and send it to Rima . In case you do not take a picture of the sub meter you will be billed ₹ 350 per day for AC . Kindly note , obey and respect the check out time as delay in check out on your part puts our entire housekeeping team out of gear and the next check in guest has to suffer too . In case you need some extra time do so with our prior consent so that we can plan things out , in not doing so you will be charged extra Rs 1500 every hour of delay in check out and the bill can be settled directly with us or through AIRBNB . If you use the kitchen please wash the utensils , you do not have to wash the cutlery and the kitchen . In case you do not want to wash the utensils you can pay Rs. 200 to the house keeper and get it done , if you do not chose to do either you will be billed Rs 300 through AIRBNB for the same . If you have a urge to vomit please do it in the toilet commode not on the bed or carpet , you will be charged Rs 1500 as laundry and cleaning charge for the same .
