Near Granada: Private Pool, Air Con, 360 View!

30 minutes by car to Granada! 45 minutes to the sea! The complex consists of a large house for up to 6 guests. Next to it is a small house that we open for groups of 7 or 8 guests. Both houses have their own entrance and are connected inside via the pool area. IMPORTANT: Even if you only live in the main house, the small house remains unrented during the time. You always have the entire complex with pool and roof terrace all to yourself! The space In the main house there are 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms (one of them en-suite), the large kitchen, the living and dining room. The kitchen leaves nothing to be desired and is superbly equipped (including a wine refrigerator). In the small house there is a bedroom, a small living and dining area, a pantry kitchen and a bathroom. The houses are built in the typical Andalusian style. The pool offers complete privacy and is not visible from the neighboring houses! NEW 2025: Parking in the new public parking lot. From there, a short and comfortable path leads directly to the house (approx. 150 meters, 2 minutes on foot). The beds are max 1.90 meters long. Guest access You will be welcomed at the parking lot and accompanied to the house, where we will show and explain everything about the house. Guests have the whole place to themselves. No one else lives there! Groups of up to 6 people live in the main house and the annex remains unrented during the time! For groups of 7 or 8 people, we open the annex. You use the complex, the pool and the roof terrace, always only with your own travel group! Other things to note The pool is available from the 15th May to September 30.
