The space La Luna Della Loggia is a newly, fully renovated building that consists of three elegantly and carefully decorated suites. The first suite - A1 - is located on the first floor of the building and it is the left one as one goes up the stairs. Having excellently combined the old building and preserving many of its initial characteristics with the modern amenities, the suite is offering a wonderful accommodation experience. Entering, the big windows capture the eye and the warmth of the sun embraces the heart. The view of the two single beds (which attached create a king-size bed) with the hand-made headboard and high-quality mattresses and linen, foreshadows the visitor the experience he is about to live. The kitchen was placed in the exact place of the original one when the whole building was used as the owner's family home. All windows were replaced with new frames (environmentally friendly) with double glasses to keep all noise out. The carefully designed lighting of the apartment enhances the sense of calmness and relaxation. We have created a windless port with love and respect for our guests, who will give us the opportunity to welcome them! We are looking forward to it! Guest access Guests can have access to every room unless differently designated. Other things to note Please keep in mind that the property is located in the heart of the Old Town of Rethymno. Therefore, there is no parking space available to be exclusively used by our guests. At walking distance, there are parking businesses operating where one can park safely. Since 01/01/2024 all guests that stay at short-term rentals must pay tax for climate change. In this property, the tax is 0.5€ / day for November to March and 1.5€ / day for April to October.
