Go over the bridge of Parrita, turn right, follow that road to the end (paved). Turn left on the unpaved road, drive 3km, turn left at sign Titled Property for sale. Turn left at the end of this short rd. House is on the right. I live 5 hours away Mar de Sol is 3km away! Great food and drinks. The road to the house is flat but unpaved. A 4x4 is not essential. You will need to get groceries etc in Parrita, prior to driving to Casa Ylang There are signs posted to beware of rip currents.
