Set on one acre of private land, it is within walking distance to Conneaut Lake Beach and Tiki Bar, with lake access. Located just outside where historic Conneaut Lake Park was, the property is only a short 5-15 minute drive to local restaurants, wineries, breweries, and shopping in Conneaut Lake and nearby towns. Guest access Guests will have access to the following - A private driveway with space for up to 3 vehicles. - A fully furnished deck, perfect for relaxing and enjoying beautiful lake views. - A spacious private yard, ideal for outdoor games or peaceful relaxation. - A gravel firepit located in front of the home, perfect for cozy evenings under the stars. - Just a short walk from the property, guests can enjoy lake access, beach access, and a Tiki bar right on the beach. Please note: There are two camera doorbells on the property—one at the main exterior kitchen entrance and one at the back master bedroom entrance. These cameras are used exclusively for monitoring the property and ensuring the safety of both the guests and the home. They do not record any interior footage and will only be activated when necessary. Please be aware that if the doorbell is pressed, it will notify us and may prompt us to reach out to you through the camera to ensure everything is okay.
