Located on Island Pond in Brigus South which is situated between LaManche and Cape Broyle Approx 40 mins drive south of St. John's, NL, on the Avalon Peninsula. The space A modern A frame cottage with large windows overlooking a pond. 2 beautifully decorated guest rooms with a queen bed in each. Newly renovated Bathroom with a soaker tub/shower. Large air conditioned, open concept living area with fully equipped modern kitchen. The exterior boasts a large wrap around deck with BBQ, patio furniture and HOT TUB overlooking the pond. Also at your disposal is a fire pit to enjoy under the stars. Enjoy a game of Corn Hole during the summer months or a dip in the pond. Guest access The entire cottage is available for your enjoyment. Other things to note Our Cottage comfortably sleeps 4 people. However, we do have a queen sized power inflatable bed that can accommodate other guests such as children.
