The kitchen is equipped with all essential appliances such as a fridge, oven, stove, a coffee machine, a microwave, and a dishwasher. Additionally, a well-appointed second bathroom with a shower and a washing machine is available, along with cleaning supplies for your convenience. Guest access The apartment is located on the second floor, accessible by a narrow staircase. Please note that there is no elevator. The apartment has no private parking. The historical center of Como is mainly a pedestrian area. The nearest parking is available in Viale Varese, about 300 meters from the apartment. You can park your car only within the blue stripes. Pay time is from 8 am to 8 pm. Pay at the machine and get the ticket to be put on the dashboard inside your car, or use the “EasyPark” app. There are also paid parking garages nearby: “JASCA” in nearby Piazza Volta, “CENTRO LAGO” with an entrance in Via Recchi, "VALDUCE” in Viale Lecco, and "TRIBUNALE” in Via Auguadri.
