The apartment can accommodate up to 6 guests in its three double bedrooms. As you enter the apartment, you'll pass through a narrow corridor leading to the first double bedroom, complete with a desk for any work or study needs – perfect for kids. Another double bedroom awaits, exuding a romantic ambiance. It provides a cozy retreat for couples or individuals seeking privacy. The master bedroom features an en-suite bathroom. The kitchen, dining, and living area are combined into a single open space, designed for socializing and spending quality time with your companions. You can relax on the comfortable sofa while enjoying entertainment on the large TV. The kitchen is equipped with all essential appliances such as a fridge, oven, stove, a coffee machine, a microwave, and a dishwasher. Additionally, a well-appointed second bathroom with a shower and a washing machine is available, along with cleaning supplies for your convenience. The apartment is located on the second floor, accessible by a narrow staircase. Please note that there is no elevator. The apartment has no private parking. The historical center of Como is mainly a pedestrian area. The nearest parking is available in Viale Varese, about 300 meters from the apartment. You can park your car only within the blue stripes. Pay time is from 8 am to 8 pm. Pay at the machine and get the ticket to be put on the dashboard inside your car, or use the “EasyPark” app. There are also paid parking garages nearby: “JASCA” in nearby Piazza Volta, “CENTRO LAGO” with an entrance in Via Recchi, "VALDUCE” in Viale Lecco, and "TRIBUNALE” in Via Auguadri. The property is in the historic centre of Como – a lively area with modern bars, restaurants, and shops as well as historical churches and buildings. In high season, expect the streets to be busy all day long. In winter, it is usually quieter. The main sightseeing objects, Lake Como, and train stations are just a walking distance away from the apartment. In the city of Como and nearby towns, ASF Autolinee buses are in operation. Tickets can be obtained from the driver (cash only) or in designated places (bus station in Piazza Matteotti in Como, bars, and tobacco stores). Taxis are also available. From the pier, a local ferry service will take you to Cernobbio, Torno, Bellagio, Varenna, Colico, and other lakeside towns. Please note – if traveling in high season, we advise you to be patient with long waiting lines at the ticket office. Tickets can also be bought online on the Navigazione Laghi website. From Como San Giovanni station, there are regular trains departing to Milano Centrale and Switzerland (Lugano, Bellinzona, Locarno). From Como Nord Lago, there is a train connection to Milano Cadorna. The nearest airports are Milano Malpensa, Milano Linate, and Orio Al Serio in Bergamo. It is possible to arrange a direct shuttle to and from the airport at an additional cost.
