Cosy room

Our little house is situated in a very handy place as it’s close to all the amenities. The shopping mall is just two minutes drive and there is a great cafe and a take away shop in a walking distance. We are 3mins drive from both Maitland private and public hospitals and Tafe NSW- Maitland. You will share the house with me and my husband. We are friendly and welcoming family and love to share our little house with you. We are looking forward to having you at our little home. The space Toilet will be used by only you and it’s next to your room. Bathroom is next to the toilet and your room as well. However, currently we are using the same bathroom as our ensuite shower is in renovation. You can use the lounge, dinning area and the backyard. You are more than welcome to use the kitchen, yet it’s not available for any major cooking. The fridge and microwave is available to store and heat up the food. Guest access Guests are not allow to access the private bedrooms. All the other common areas are available for guests to use. During your stay We are happy to sit for a cuppa and chat. But we also respect guests’ privacy. We cook different cuisines and always love to share a meal if guests like to.
