Peregrine's Place: In town, peaceful, pet friendly

Take off on your mountain bike from the house, and you can be at Cuyuna's Dragline South in under half a mile. Walk to downtown Crosby to grab a bite in under 15 minutes. Walk to Crosby Memorial Park to take a dip in Serpent Lake, also in under 15 minutes! Take in the peaceful seclusion of our quiet neighborhood while roasting some marshmallows at the fire pit. Let the dogs and kids run in the large fenced-in yard. We LOVE this house and all it has to offer. Peace and proximity all in one! The space Peregrine's Place is a 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom home. It holds 1 King bed, 1 Queen bed, 1 twin bed, 1 full bed, and 1 twin over full bunk bed. The house comfortably fits 8 people. 10 could fit if the full beds are shared, but note that the dining area seating is set up for 8. The yard is large and fully fenced in, so your dogs can run care-free. There is also an outdoor firepit available for enjoying a drink or toasted marshmallow under the stars. We are on a very quiet side of town, so you can enjoy peace and and quiet while still being within walking distance to everything downtown Crosby has to offer. Inside, we have a living room with a large couch, roku tv, and electric fireplace. The dining area is barstool seating, and there is a full kitchen stocked with dish ware, pots, pans, etc for cooking and eating. There are 3 bedrooms on the main floor. The king bedroom is downstairs along with the family room which has a large table great for playing board games. We also supply a few board games for you to use during your stay. Guest access Guests will have the full house and yard to themselves.
