Experience tiny living at the Studio after a day exploring the beautiful Indiana Dunes National Park! You will love this cozy tiny house with vaulted ceilings and modern amenities. Cool off with the mini-split air conditioner and relax on the sofa chaise after a long day in the sun. Staying in? Enjoy a board game while listening to some oldies on the record player, take a dip in the cozy hot tub, or relax in the hammocks by the fire pit in the secluded back yard. You’re sure to leave refreshed! The space Our 1 bed/1 bathroom tiny home sits on a small privacy fenced lot in a quiet neighborhood minutes from everything! It is equipped with a full kitchen, stocked with standard kitchen equipment and utensils. Enjoy meals at the countertop bar seats, and unwind on the cozy sofa to a movie or your favorite show on the included Netflix account. Off the kitchen, you’ll find a full bath with washer and dryer. While our space is optimized for a couple, we are happy to accommodate up to three guests when utilizing the couch, however there is no pullout sofa bed. Enjoy an evening in the privacy fenced back yard in the 4-person hot tub (open year-round), on the 2-person hammock or hammock chair, or under the beautiful magnolia tree next to the fire pit. Firewood, fire starters, and lighters are included for your convenience, no need to buy anything to have a cozy fire at the end of the day! Travel light by utilizing our included beach equipment, to include 3 - Tommy Bahama beach chairs, beach towels, beach umbrella, kids beach toys, and a backpack cooler. Guest access Guests have full access to the house and the fenced yard. However, please be courteous of our neighbors, and keep noise low after sunset. Other things to note Shared beach access refers to the many nearby beaches with public access a short 5-10 minute drive away. Hot tub is open year-round for guest enjoyment!
