Stays exceeding 16 guests require prior approval and an additional $35 per guest, per night. Groups larger than 25 may inquire about our nearby sister property, Bear Cove Escape, only a short 18-minute drive. • 📷 Security: An exterior security camera is located on the porch near the driveway. The camera faces outdoors only and does not monitor any interior or private guest spaces. • 🔊 Noise Monitoring: Privacy-safe Minut noise monitors are installed. These devices measure decibel levels only and do not record audio. • 🦌 Nature & Wildlife: The property is in a wooded, natural setting. Guests should expect to see wildlife such as deer, turkeys, and bats.
