Eagle Bluff Estate is the perfect gathering place, indoor & out, to host your large group of family and friends for any celebration or vacation. This beautiful 5,500 sq ft log cabin features 8 BD, 5 BA (sleeps 26+), two full kitchens, 4 living rooms, entertainment/game room, 3 fireplaces, balcony, 2 porches, outdoor campfire area and nature trails. This wooded 6-acre lot is located 20 mins. N of Wis Dells and 1.7 mi from Castle Rock Lake beach - a place to call your favorite home away from home. The space Sleeping accommodations include 13 beds: 4 full beds, 2 convertible full couch beds, 1 queen bed, 3 queen futons, and 3 king beds. The 5 bathrooms include 2 jetted bathtubs, 2 regular tubs, and 1 stand-up shower. There are 2 fully equipped kitchens including pots and pans, dishes, a Keurig coffee machine (BYO K-cups), an air fryer, a toaster, a teapot and tea, a small selection of spices, and more. One of the most loved aspects of the home is the open living room, kitchen, and four seasons room in the lodge featuring the wood-burning fireplace. There is an indoor gas fireplace in the game room, an electric fireplace in the cabin living room, an outdoor campfire area (please bring your own firewood), a gas grill including supplied propane, 4 separate common area living spaces, a Roku TV in each bedroom and common living area with streaming services available using the guests' accounts, a pool table, foosball table, craft / toy / board game area, a small library, working desk area, video gaming area with PS4 / Wii councils and games, one open balcony, two screened in porches, plenty of space to park passenger vehicles, trailers, campers, lake and land toys or RV’s. If your group has over 16 people, you need the manager's approval for your stay. The cost is $20 per guest per night over 16 if approved. If available, we have another property 18 minutes away that larger groups can rent along with Eagle Bluff Estate to make your stay more pleasant. We recommend this for groups larger than 26 people. The property is Bear Cove Escape in Lyndon Station and it sleeps an additional 15 people. If you plan on using ATVs or snowmobiles, please use public trails or roads that allow usage for ATVs. The properties to the south, east, north, and west are all private property and do not allow the use of ATVs or snowmobiles on them. Eagle Bluff Estate does not have trails for use for ATVs or snowmobiles either. Please refer to the county website for exact public trail locations. Our neighbors appreciate your cooperation. Guest access Guests will be sent a code 24 hours before your stay. This will allow entrance through the automated lock on the front door. Other things to note No fireworks on the property. Quiet hours are from 11 PM-7 AM. Streaming services are available with guests’ account(s). We have one outdoor security camera mounted by the screened-in porch near the garage. This property is located on a secluded, wooded property. There is wildlife including bats, deer, and other animals. If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the nightly pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting 'Yes' to pets. This fee is $98 for your entire stay. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The $98 pet fee will apply for each additional approved dog. Please make sure to clean up after your pets. Parking notes: There is free parking for 16 vehicles. **Important:** We are committed to protecting our properties and keeping up-to-date with short-term rental regulations, which is why you will be asked to complete our verification process. Before your booking begins, you will need to verify your details with our third-party partner, Superhog, to complete your booking including your photo ID and a Selfie. We require the purchase of a damage waiver for a small fee of $35. The damage waiver protects you and your party from accidental damage during your stay. The charges for the damage waiver will show up from Great Britain and may have a small international processing fee. We always keep our guests' costs in mind, which is why we have selected this waiver and verification process. This waiver is much less expensive than any other available waiver. We recommend completing the ID verification process and paying for the waiver at least 72 hours prior to check-in to avoid any check-in delays.
