Family-friendly house located on a courtyard in the middle between Geiranger, Åndalsnes and Ålesund. The house is located on our family land, so you get the opportunity to live next to local people who give you tips on things to do in the area. Sjøholt is the perfect location for exploring the nearby tourist attractions. Both summer and winter, this is a perfect base-camp for exploring Sunnmøre and Romsdal. The house has a quiet and peaceful location, and is well equipped with what you need. The space Guests are free to use the garden that belongs to the house and explore both the forest and river in the surrounding area. The place is also perfect for a group of friends who want to explore the area. Guest access The whole house except the basement which is locked. There is access to the two floors of the house. Key box at check-in/out if the host is not present. Other things to note Nakkentunet is a charming and old house that was built in 1870. It has been recently renovated. The kitchen and two bathrooms were completely renovated in July 2023. The rest of the house is painted and renovated, but has its signs of use and charm. From time to time we have animals on the farm such as sheep, goats, rabbits and hens. Currently we have no animals on the farm. The large lawn invites you to play and play football, and the river has two nice swimming holes you can cool down in.
