Guest access At The Charles, guests have access to the entire house (5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and the outdoor entertaining decks and firepit). The guests can also stroll through the four acres of grass, gardens, and olive trees while enjoying some of the best uninterrupted views in the Hunter Valley. You will likely view some of the local animals including Cows, Horses, Sheep, Kangaroos, and Kookaburras. You can sit on the deck and watch the working farm out over our back fence. The house is accessed via direct stairs from the car parking areas. Stairs have hand rails to assist with access. Other things to note NOTES 3-night minimum for long weekends, Easter, Xmas, and New Year bookings. The Charles @ Broke has exterior security cameras to monitor the exterior of the property. All recordings are private and the property of the owner. The recording will only be used for insurance and legal purposes and to monitor occupancy and other policies noted in our Terms & Conditions. They, in no way, are there to infringe upon the expectation of privacy of guests in these exterior areas. Disabling or obscuring the cameras is prohibited and may result in loss of security deposit or eviction. Extra guests, for exceeding 11 guests, will be charged $200 per guest per night. Pets are not allowed. If a pet is at the property the guests will be charged a $500 additional cleaning fee. Registration Details PID-STRA-43950
