Take a break and unwind at this studio guest apartment. In the heart of Oregon's beautiful wine country. Explore what the Yamhill county area has to offer. Then take a 45 minute drive to the beach and watch the sunset. The space This is a studio sized space. There unfortunately is no closet to hang clothes but there is hooks on the doors if you'd like to hang up your clothes. Also, there is no stove for cooking. Just the microwave. Other things to note We do not allow long term rental. We can only facilitate 2 weeks at a time. The property will be being landscaped the summer of 2024. Between the hours of 10am and 6pm, there could be landscapers outside doing work. We will make every effort to keep all noise at a minimum while we are hosting guests.
