Guest access Guests have free access to most of the house and grounds, except for the Hosts' apartment on the 1st floor! Guests can expect full privacy inside the apartment (including all balconies and terraces), which has a separate entrance and is exclusively for their use. Other things to note Hi there, I'm David! All summer bookings (May to October) include the Zell am See Kaprun Summer Card - offering free or discounted access to numerous regional attractions. In the winter, if the snow conditions are good, you can ski right to the front door on the Ebenberg piste! In the summer, you are at the start of a network of paths for hikers and cyclists.
