Bathrooms: - The house has 2 full bathrooms (one for each bedroom one common and one attached ) - Both bathrooms have water heaters and cabin shower areas. - Toiletries are provided along with Bath towels and hand towels in every bathroom. Living room 1: - A six-seater beautiful dining table. - A four-seater sofa with 3 comfy jute poufs. - Stylish Bar counter - The living room is fully air-conditioned. - It has an attached balcony with beautiful views. - There is no television in the living area Kitchen: - The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, including a kettle, microwave, refrigerator, and gas stove. - All the basic cooking utensils are provided in the kitchen. - Kitchen has an attached balcony with a front-load washing machine. - A Double battery inverter for power backup in case of an outage. The Common Area - A swimming pool is located in the common area of the community. - A dedicated parking space is available for guests. - The gated community has security cameras installed. - Security guards are available 24*7. There will be a refundable security deposit of Rs. 5,000 at the time of check-in, in order to ensure no damage to the property. Guest access This Apartment is a part of a gated complex with a few more properties. Guests will have access to the entire apartment, the common Swimming pool, and a dedicated parking space. This is a self serviced Apartment, we do not have dedicated caretaker, however housekeeping is provided once daily There will be a refundable security deposit of Rs. 5,000 at the time of check-in, in order to ensure no damage to the property. Other things to note Unlock the door to exclusivity and relaxation with complete access to the apartment. Additionally, indulge in a refreshing dip in the common pool, available from 8 am to 7 pm, provided proper swimwear is worn. Other things to note Enjoy the luxury of daily housekeeping and fresh linens every 3 days for a pristine environment. Respectful conduct is encouraged, with no smoking indoors or loud music after 9 pm. For the utmost security and privacy, outside visitors are not permitted. The listed price includes accommodation for 4 adults; any additional guests will incur charges. Extra guests can luxuriate in the comfort of the extra mattress, with a maximum occupancy of 6 guests.
