The space The apartment is located on the upper floor of a beautiful, brand new post frame "barn" structure. You'll enjoy your own separate entrance leading up to the private space. The main entry opens up to a bright, spacious open floor plan with the kitchen to the left and the living space to the right. The kitchen comes fully equipped to prepare meals and feel at home. It even has a four-stage water filtration system. The living room has a sleeper sofa to accommodate more overnight guests. The main bedroom suite has a queen bed as well as its own private bathroom with large double vanity and modern backlit mirror. The secondary bedroom has a queen bed as well as a futon which is great for kids or single adult. A shared bathroom is conveniently accessible to both the secondary bedroom and main living space. Each room has its own mini-split heat and AC unit so you can enjoy the perfect temperature throughout your stay. Guest access You'll have the entire apartment to yourself. This includes parking space next to your own entrance leading up the stairs to the apartment. Other things to note While our wifi is fast and reliable, the area we are located in has weak cell phone service. The major carriers will have 1 bar of signal and you might experience calls dropping if you do not have wifi calling enabled or the internet provider is experiencing an outage.
