Whether you come to rest, work, or for a special occasion, here you will find a space designed to be enjoyed. 📍 Only a 2-minute drive to Alaia Square (500 m) 📍 5 minutes from Plaza Liverpool (1.1 km) 📍 And 8 minutes from Walmart (1.9 km) Located in a strategic area in the south of the city, just minutes from shopping plazas, universities, cafes, cinemas and restaurants The space This cozy studio apartment with a loft bed is designed for a comfortable, quiet and pleasant stay; it is full of carefully thought-out details to make you feel at home. The kitchen, living room, dining room and bed share a well-ventilated and air-conditioned space with three fans that will keep you cool at all times. Ideal for two people, although it can also accommodate a third on the sofa bed, which is prepared with sheets and pillows when required. It has a private bathroom with hot water🚿, an equipped kitchen🍳, a washing machine with a clothesline🧺 and a private balcony where smoking is allowed🚬. The studio is located on the second floor, next to two other apartments. We value the rest of all our guests, so parties are not allowed. We have zero tolerance on this point: any breach will cancel the reservation. 🚫 Guest access 🏠 There are three apartments in total in the house, which share the same entrance. Your space is fully independent and private, but the main access is shared. Other things to note 🚧 Our street is not paved, it is a dirt road, as you can see in the photos of the exterior. Even so, access is easy and short, we are only 4 houses (approx. 50 meters) from a main avenue very well connected to other important roads in the city. 🔊 Sometimes you can hear noise from the neighborhood or cars, as we are in a busy area. While it's not constant, it's something we prefer to mention in advance to avoid surprises. We like to be transparent and make sure you have all the information to make the best decision for your stay 😊
