Petite Maison, Salamander Bay

Bring the family & your pet to Petite Maison for a getaway from the hum drum of daily life. The house has a full size kitchen, a spacious bathroom, laundry, & a divinely comfy lounge room. We have an outdoor patio with a BBQ, & a great yard for the kids & the dog. There is reverse cycle air conditioning in the living area & main bedroom. While you are visiting, take time exploring or relaxing at our magnificent bays, beaches, parks, restaurants & cafe's. The space Our living area is a calm and homely space to relax & unwind in. Curl up on the beautiful electric recliners, read a book, relax or watch TV. The white ottoman has clean dog blankets, treats, waste bags & towels inside. We have a beautiful 4 seat dining table, where you can have dinner with the family, play cards with the kids, or indulge in some family fun with one of our great board games. The dining room table extends to allow for more seating. The breakfast bar is a great spot to relax and have a wine, while you wait for dinner to be cooked. The kids can sit and eat breakfast while watching their favourite breakfast cartoons, or if you must, you can set up a work space with your computer. Our bedrooms are comfy & spacious, and there is room in the wardrobes to unpack and put your bags away. There are coat hangers, shelves and draws in both the wardrobes. The main bedroom wardrobe has a beach bag with towels, a pop up beach shelter, picnic bag, picnic blanket, spare towels, blankets and pillows. The second bedroom has a variety of children’s books, colouring in pages, pencils, board games & crayons. There is a laundry with a washing machine, detergent and softener. For those of you who like to keep your space clean while on holidays, the laundry has a stick vacuum, dustpan, brush, brooms, an iron & ironing board. Children’s beach toys are hanging on the door in the laundry. The patio is a beautiful quiet space to sip on your brew of choice while soaking up the morning sun. There is seating for 4 and a Ziegler & Brown BBQ. There is a clothes airer in the main bedroom wardrobe to dry your laundry. Guest access You have full access to the little house, as it is completely fenced off from the main house. You have your own car space in the carport which opens into the yard of your home away from home. Addition parking is available on the street. Other things to note Our house is suitable to sleep a maximum of 4 adults. Should you wish to bring a 5th adult, you should understand they will have to sleep between the 2 king single beds on a trundle bed, which is probably not ideal.
