Charming balcony with table, brighten by the sunrise and then some shade most of the day. Building swimming pool available. Family friendly Essential linen, towels provided. Area & tips Guide provided. Great Wifi. For the winter: AC also does dehumidifier and heating and bathroom has a heating towel rack. Guest access Guests have access to the whole apartment and the building swimming pool. Property on the 1st floor, no lift / elevator available. 3 small flight of stairs to access. 20 min car or taxi ride to lisbon. Paid Parking on the street in front of the apartment. In light of the current global climate crisis and local situation, I kindly ask guests to consume electricity (light and AC) mindfully. If excessive usage we reserve the right to charge an extra fee. Due to personal choices for health & environmental reasons the flat doesn’t have microwave, TV, nespresso machine. I provide 2 different moka pots for coffee. Beach proximity and pool make it up for replacing TV.
