In-house staff ensures comfort, meals and bonfires available at extra cost. Please note: This is a cozy, budget-friendly farmhouse and not a luxury property. It is designed to offer a comfortable and homely stay rather than a high-end resort experience. The space ✓ Fully-furnished, tastefully decorated farm villa. ✓ 4 large independent, air-conditioned bedrooms with attached bathrooms. ✓ Fully equipped kitchenette for guests with provision for heating all meals. ✓ The living & dining area can comfortably seat upto 15 people. ✓ The farm villa is airy, spacious & well lit. ✓ Equipped with Bluetooth Party Speakers. ✓ Clean & spotless linen will be provided. ✓ Equipped with 43 inch Smart TV & Bluetooth Speakers. ✓ Decorated Outdoor Party areas with hanging lights for celebrating all kinds of occasions. ✓ Provision of Bonfire also available. ✓ We have a visiting guest charge of INR 1000 per guest till 1 AM is charged in addition to the property booking for staying guests. Property Layout: * 2.5 Acre farm - rented as an entire / independent property only * Ananda Bagh has the Farm Villa along and outdoor seating in the lawn. * The farm villa consists of 4 bedrooms with attached washroom, living room, kitchen, and dining area. * The farm villa has a total sleeping capacity for 20 guests (4 Bedrooms with mattresses) * Minimum price to book the villa remains same for upto 10 guests. After 10 guests, extra person charges apply. Max sleeping is allowed for 20 guests only (including children). * Living area located in the farm villa is elegantly designed and decorated with formal / informal sitting for upto 20 guests along with a 6 seater dining table. * We have Fully Equipped kitchen to provide all meals from our side. Recreation * Badminton and Cricket apparatus * Bluetooth Music System * Barbecue (Please read charges below) * Bonfire (Please read charges below) Other attractions: * Landscaped and well lit Lawns with Outdoor sitting / furniture. Amenities: * Kitchenette has most required utensils and appliances like microwave, induction, refrigerator, RO water purifier, toaster, cutlery and crockery. * The property is air conditioned (for summer months) and heated (for winters) through split air conditioners / blowers & oil heaters * 4G WIFI internet connectivity is provided * All bathrooms have storage water heaters for hot water supply * The property has 100% power back up. * Fresh clean linen is provided at every check in. * Housekeeping is provided daily between 10 AM - 12 PM * Our caretakers are there for housekeeping and do not help to serve food / help with drinks. If service is required we can arrange service stewards at an additional charge of Rs. 4,000 (for 5-6 hours of service) per steward. Prior intimation is required for arranging service staff, * Guests are welcome to bring in their food/beverages etc and use our kitchen equipped with crockery/cutlery, Microwave, Refrigerators, RO filter, mixer, etc at a nominal charge of 5000/-. Please inform in advance if services of private cook/chef is required so that arrangements can be made in time at a nominal charge. Pvt Cook is available at a charge of Rs 5000/- per day. We don’t charge for kitchen and chef if meals are taken from us. Security: The farm is fully secured by a boundary and the entry gates are only opened by our staff for our guests. Our entry gates close by 11 PM for security reasons any guest wants the gates to be open or closed need to take prior permission from the Host. Hosting Events / Gatherings: * Our farm villa can be booked for private celebrations, birthday parties, family affairs, pre/post wedding ceremonies, corporate events, etc. Our property can accommodate upto 300-350 guests easily. * Parties are allowed in open areas only. * For private parties / social gatherings (non wedding related) and maximum upto 50 guests a flat rental charge of INR 50000 per day is charged in addition to the property booking for staying guests. This charge is towards property rental and necessary permissions. * For larger gatherings (upto 100 guests) and wedding / pre wedding gatherings we will send a customized quote on request. If the property is being booked for series of events, these charges will be applicable on a daily basis based on the number of visiting guests per day. Our team will be keeping a head count same way as catering does. * We can organize catering & décor for events through our catering & décor partners at affordable rates. Bonfire Charges - Rs. 4000 per bonfire. Barbecue Apparatus: If you require us to provide a fully set up barbecue apparatus (including coal) a charge of Rs. 4000 is applicable and our caretakers will not be able to help in cooking. They can only fire up the barbecue for you. If you want them to cook for you in it then these charges will be Rs. 5000 with staff who will cook in-front of you and serve you also. Early Check in / Late Check out can be provided only if we do not have a booking the previous day (before check in) / or if we do not have a booking (after check out). Early Check in / Late Check out charges will be applicable at Rs. 2000 per hour. Please note: We have to be punctual with our timings, as we need sufficient time to clean, reset and sanitize the space for our next guests. Each guest is important to us, and one guest's delay will lead to another guests experience being compromised. So we request you to please adhere to the timings. Please do not mind repeated reminders by us starting 45 minutes before your check out time, as we understand it takes time to pack. Guest access Guests booking the farm will enjoy complete privacy and exclusive access to the 2-acre farmhouse villa and lawns, along with the following amenities: Outdoor Games Barbecue Outdoor & Poolside Furniture Bonfire with Extra charge Relax, unwind, and make unforgettable memories in this private retreat ! Other things to note ✕ No Smoking Inside the Villa: Guests are welcome to step outside and smoke in the outdoor areas. ✓ ID Proof Required: All guests must provide valid ID proofs at the time of check-in. ✓ Convenient Grocery Store: A grocery store is located just 10 steps from the farm. ✓ Food Delivery Options: Zomato and Swiggy deliver from within a 10 km radius, offering 4-5 options. ✓ Breakfast Policy: Breakfast is not included in the tariff. However, a delicious home-cooked meal can be arranged for ₹300 per person or ordered à la carte at the property. Please note - This is a private home, and not a hotel. Please do not expect hotel kind of services at the property. We focus on cleanliness, good quality well maintained linen, and homely comfort for our guests. Since the property is a farm house, near the forest ridge, there are natural wild creatures and insects which live in the vicinity, however they do not harm humans if not disturbed.
