Otis School House Studio

This unique space was designed with details in mind. Every corner of this studio style guest house was lovingly restored and considered. This space was at one time the School House to the Farm. The space is light and airy with furniture designed and made by East Otis Studio. Beautiful original artworks. Gorgeous Linen bedding for the best nights sleep! All this and only a 7 minute drive from downtown Lancaster whilst still feeling like you’re in the countryside. The space The guest house studio is above a double garage. There are stairs leading to the studio. The property is located at the end of a long drive way that is shared with our neighbors.
