Despite being located on the main street, the apartment is facing the back yard with incredibly beautiful view and is very quiet. Large private balcony allows you to relax and watch the birds and the squirrels chasing each other on the beautiful pine tree in front of you. I think that it should be mentioned that not only we take cleaning and disinfecting the place very seriously, but also that each apartment is self contained and doesn't have any air exchange with the others. The heating is by modern hot water aluminum radiators separately for each apartment . The cooling is also by AC for each individual unit.
