The villa has 6 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms, two of the rooms have a double bed and the rest have two single beds. On the main floor we find a spacious living room with sofas, flat screen TV and fireplace, dining area with large table and fireplace, recently renovated and fully equipped modern kitchen, two ovens, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine and Italian coffee maker, refrigerator and 2 freezers, toaster, juicer and utensils. This floor also has a guest toilet, laundry room equipped with a washing machine and dryer, ironing board and iron. Two double bedrooms, one of them with an en-suite bathroom and another room with the bathroom next to it, a library. From the living room there is access to the terrace, on one hand it has a dining area to enjoy evenings and has beautiful views of the sunset and on the other hand it has outdoor sofas with impressive views of the sea. The ground floor has 4 bedrooms with 3 bathrooms and a small living room. There is also 1 service room with 2 single beds. Outside there is an infinity pool with salt water measuring 9m x 4.5 meters, gas barbecue on the terrace and porch, hammocks and sofas. There is also a ping pong table. In front of the house there is access to the rock beach that has a staircase to go down directly to the sea. At the entrance to the territory of the farm there is a free apartment for 2 or 3 cars.
