The space Xanadu II 601 in the Cherry Grove area of North Myrtle Beach is an oceanfront, newly renovated and very clean three bedroom, three full bath, spacious vacation rental condo. It offers an oceanfront kitchen, living room, and king bedroom with a balcony that wraps around these three spaces. The views from these areas are breathtaking and won't disappoint! This well-maintained condo has a kitchen with granite countertops and brand-new, full-size appliances, including a dishwasher. The kitchen is supplied with cookware, dishware, and utensils, along with a few small appliances. The living space offers comfortable furniture and a 65" flat-screen TV. The living room sofa converts into a queen-size bed, if needed. When it's time to retreat to the bedrooms for the night, you'll find them to be large, well-decorated, and comfortable with brand new mattresses in each room late 2025. The king bedroom has an ocean-front view with access to the balcony and a wall-mounted TV. The private bathroom features a double vanity, a tub, and a separate brand new shower. The other bedroom also has a king bed and wall-mounted TV. You'll find a pack-n-play, if needed, in this room. This bedroom also has a private bathroom featuring a single vanity and a brand new shower. The bunk bedroom includes a twin over double bunk and a twin over twin bunk. This bedroom has access to a shared bathroom, also with a brand new shower. The laundry room offers a full size washer and dryer to meet your needs. Xanadu II 601 has a shared outdoor pool but is not heated. Guest access VEHICLES: All vehicles are required to have parking passes displayed. In the inside cover of the welcome book in the condo you are provided two onsite parking passes and two offsite (overflow) parking passes. Onsite passes are for two vehicles to be parked on the condo premises. The offsite passes are for additional vehicles to be parked across the street in the 5900 block lot. If not displayed, vehicles may be towed at the owner's expense. Parking Passes will be available upon check in. CHECK IN TIME: 4:00PM CHECK OUT TIME: 11:00 AM. It sits at the North end of North Myrtle Beach. This area of North Myrtle beach is especially known for being family friendly. No smoking, no motorcycles or trailers are allowed at this high rise, allowing you peace and relaxation. The famed Cherry Grove pier is just down the road. A sparkling, outdoor pool (not heated), located at beachfront, is available for you and your family to use. The pool deck is large and offers lounge chairs for sunbathing and relaxing, with an outdoor shower available. There's nothing like a walk along the shore in the bright Carolina sun hearing the waves and seagulls and selecting special shells from the sand. Taking an evening stroll and watching the sun as it sets is such a peaceful way to end your day! The balcony of the condo is great to watch the morning sunrise with a cup of coffee or to enjoy the evening and relax. You may spot dolphin occasionally arching, breaking the surface of the water. Xanadu II offers a short, sandy path to the shore if you'd like to check out the salty waters, dig your toes in the sand and view the vast expanse of the Atlantic Ocean. It is the perfect place to escape the hustle and bustle of the real world. - KITCHEN: Cookware, dishware, and utensils are provided for your use. Along with the standard kitchen appliances, a large crockpot, a toaster, and a Keurig coffee maker is available. A limited supply of coffee is provided to get you started. A small supply of basic spices and cooking oil is also provided. -TV's - Large screen LG TV's are provided in the living room, king bedroom, and queen bedroom. The living room and king bedroom have Spectrum cable. The Queen bedroom has a Smart TV. You are welcome to log on to any of your streaming accounts. - HOUSE CLEANING: Please wash sand off at the outdoor shower next to the pool prior to entering the condo. There is no daily housekeeping service. In the event you need a cleaning during your stay, we can have a service come by the unit at your expense. We do provide some cleaning supplies in the laundry room, handy for your use. Prepare to supply toiletries and paper products, some small amounts and a bar of soap in each bathroom will be provided to get you started. - LINENS AND BATH TOWELS - Linens and bath towels are provided.
