Kitchen and Dining: The spacious, modern kitchen is a chef’s delight, complete with top-of-the-line appliances, ample counter space, and all the cookware and utensils you need. HOUSE RULES • Please respect the property and neighbors. • No indoor smoking. • Check-in is after 3:00 pm; checkout is by 10:00 am. • Additional guests must be approved in advance, with a fee applied if not notified beforehand. • Loud parties and indoor smoking will incur a penalty. • Pets may be allowed on request. Please message us if you plan on bringing pets. • Early check-ins and late check-outs are subject to approval. Guest access Guests can access the entire property EXCEPT for the garage. Guests will access the property through Private entrance. Separate street or building entrance. Other things to note 📌 Please plan on bringing your own pool/beach towels as we don't provide those. 📌 We recently had an incident where one of our kayaks went missing. Currently, we have only one kayak available for guest use. We are working on adding another as soon as possible. Please inquire if you have any questions or concerns about it.
