Welcome to Kullabygden and Höganäs! In the heart of Blomsterkvarteren, you will find this family-friendly and homey house. Nestled in lush greenery and a very quiet area. A good starting point if you want to explore all that Kullabygden has to offer, but also a spacious house and garden to have a vacation at the house. Walking distance to the sea, Kvickbadet and major grocery stores. By car, you can get to several nice beaches and lovely excursion destinations such as Mölle in a short time. The space The entrance floor has a large living room, spacious hall and a playroom with toys available. The room can also function as a bedroom with an inflatable double mattress. Also, the kitchen with dining area is on the entrance level and a sunroom that connects the house with the garden. Perfect place to extend the summer evenings, when it's a little colder in the evenings. In the kitchen, there is also a chair for children and baby if desired. The kitchen is fully equipped with coffee maker, various mixers, dishwasher, large freezer and fridge, toaster, pots and various kitchen utensils that may be needed. Upstairs, you will find a bedroom with a bed of 180 cm and two bedrooms with single beds. Upstairs, there is also a bathroom with bathtub. Crib also available on request. In the basement, there is another bathroom with a bathtub. The laundry room is also in the basement with the possibility for laundry and hanging for drying clothes. In the garden, there are several areas for both adults and children. A wooden deck with a large dining table and a barbecue available, as well as a balcony with sofa and armchair where both morning and evening sun reaches. Unfortunately, the pizza oven is not available. Feel free to take the vegetables and berries that are available in the kitchen garden and our berry alley. For children, there is a trampoline, sandbox and outdoor toys. Guest access Guests have access to the entire house except the garage and some locked storage spaces in the basement.
