The veranda is shared with a second studio apartment. Monkeys, iguanas and tropical birds visit us every day. Guest access You are welcome to the first floor, the veranda leading into your unit and to use the hammock chair and cafe table & chairs in front of the unit. You will also be welcome to use the small yard area in front of the house. The upstairs area is private and off-limits. Other things to note one parking space available.
