the villa consists of three large bedrooms, two bathrooms, one very large, and a kitchen. The terrace is on two levels and is about 50 meters long and overlooks the bay. It is located above the small village of Pecorini Mare, which can be reached on foot, via a mule track bordering the house, in a few minutes. In the village of Pecorini there is a free beach and a very nice beach with comfortable sunbeds, a restaurant and a nice bar. You can also rent boats. Registration Details I applied for a CIN, but haven’t received it yet
