Experience where the rainforest meets the ocean in this spacious and comfortable cabana on our 3 acre beachfront property. Whether you want to simply relax and immerse yourself in nature or fill your days with adventure, Casa Aire has everything you need. Take a day trip to Corcovado National Park, surf the waves at Playa Pan Dulce, which is a 15 minute walk down the beach, visit a chocolate farm, hook a trophy fish, zip-line through the rainforest canopy, or simply read a book in the hammock. The space Casa Aire is located in Playa Carbonera on the Osa Peninsula, one of the most biodiverse places remaining on our planet. Our 3-acre beachfront property is visited by all 4 species of monkeys, scarlet macaws, toucans, anteaters, coati, Baird’s tapirs, and much more wildlife. Our landscaped gardens contain many fruit trees, and we are committed to planting native species which the local wildlife depend on for food. This spacious cabaña is perfect for a couple or small family with a double bed and single bed. The large kitchen is fully stocked with a stove, refrigerator, pots and pans, and accessories. It is fully walled and screened yet open and airy which provides for maximum cross breezes. It has a lovely private yard and garden. There is a table and chairs which can be used for a remote work area. Our property is completely off grid with ample solar power. Our water comes from our rainforest well and we provide a water filter in the house. Our internet is provided by Starlink with a super fast download speed so any work you must do while on vacation is a breeze! Our shared dipping pool and shaded seating area will keep you cool while you enjoy the splendors of the gardens. Casa Aire is one of 4 cabañas on our property, Naturaleza Y Gracia. Each cabaña is private and separated from one another. Our beach is both rocky and sandy. We recommend water shoes or strapped sandals to walk the beach and wade out into the water. Casa Aire is within walking distance to the local bar/restaurant and within a 10 minute drive to several other restaurants. Guest access From Casa Aire's secluded oasis, you can walk down the landscaped driveway to our beachfront, a mere 150 meters. Guests are free to roam the property, enjoy the beach, pool, and gardens. A recent guest told us: "We were really impressed with the amount of nature we got to experience on the property alone, both plants and animals."
