House with pool & garden, near Stockholm & Arlanda

Lean back and relax in this beautiful house, after exploring the city of Stockholm. The house with pool and a charming garden, you find in a calm neighborhood with grocery store, as well as transportations just around the corner. A stay with the best combination of a city vacation and the possibility to enjoy nature and sport activites in the nature. The space We rent out our beautiful house, with a charming garden and pool, in a calm and nice neighborhood close to central Stockholm. From the house it is 3 min walk to a small supermarket and the commuter train, from where you can travel to the center of Stockholm in 20 min. To Arlanda Airport you have a direct train that takes 15 minutes. The neighborhood Norrviken in Sollentuna, Stockholm County, is charming with beautiful houses and gardens, a nature reserve with farms, forest, fields and tracking trails, and a close by lake for bathing and swimming. There you can also find a kayak and s.u.p rental. The parts of the house that we rent out is the first floor of 100 m2, with a fully equiped kitchen, dining room, living room, tv-room that can be used as an extra bedroom (bedroom 2), guest bedroom (bedroom 1) with a king size bed and bathroom with shower, toilet, and basin. The pool is heated, and the pool area has a sofa relax and a dining area, both with umbrellas for the sun. It you come by car, there is also a large parking in the garden. (The private bedrooms on the 2nd floor and the basement are not for rental. But you will of course be alone in the house, we will leave for our summer house.)
