Less than 40 minutes by train from Wrocław, among the Strzelińsko-Niemczańskie Hills lies the picturesque town of Biały Kościół. The main attraction is 2 lakes with a total area of 20 ha. There is a communal swimming pool on one of them. Our house is right next to the lake and the swimming area. You will find peace, quiet and intimacy here. The house is fully equipped, has a fireplace, a covered terrace, a barbecue and a parking shed. In the garden, you can use the Finnish sauna. The space Detached house. Fenced plot. Downstairs, there is a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom, living room with fireplace, TV, large corner sofa (when unfolded, it becomes a double bed). From the ground floor, exit to a covered terrace with a barbecue, then a lawn. Upstairs, there is a separate bedroom with a double bed. In the transitional room, there are 2 single beds. There is a free-standing Finnish sauna for up to 6 people. There is a roofed shed/garage on the property - in addition to 2 additional parking spaces. Good LTE internet coverage (near the transmitter). Other things to note Terms of use of the sauna to be agreed individually with the host.
