Lovely apartment near the University of Dresden and nature

Cozy one-room apartment with separate ground-level access and garden use. Only 12 minutes (by car) to Dresden city center and surrounded by greenery. Close to the golf course (10 minutes walking). Fully equipped beautiful kitchen. The space You will find a beautiful, cozy, newly renovated apartment in a three-family house. You enter the apartment via an extra entrance, the windows are at ground level to the garden. On the Hollywood swing you can relax in the sun. You will find a fully equipped beautiful fitted kitchen. Sleep, hopefully wonderfully on a 1.60 m by 2 m bed, which can easily be converted into a couch and so the apartment is also cozy in non-sleeping mode. So far, we have only used the apartment privately as a room for one of our sons, who is only there sometimes, and now we are happy to share this joy with nice people. You will come home wonderfully relaxed and with a mix of culture and relaxation. Guest access You have an extra entrance and can use the bathroom and the one-room apartment. Other things to note If you wish to use the washing machine, you can use all the necessary things from us and it would be nice if you simply put a fee of four euros per wash on the washing machine as a usage fee.
