This spacious 3-bedroom haven features two double beds and a single bed, making it ideal for families or friends. With a chic, modern design and all the amenities you need, you’ll feel right at home. Guest access Deposit Policy: We charge a €300,- deposit before check-in. Other things to note Please note that the apartment is located on the first floor and is only accessible by stairs No show policy: If a guest does not check in on the scheduled arrival date and does not inform us 32 hours after check-in time, the reservation will be considered a no-show. The remaining nights of the stay will be canceled without refund, and the calendar will be reopened for new bookings. Please notice that no refunds will be granted for late arrivals. We have a device that detects indoor climate, crow detect, loud noises, and smoke. Therefore, we ask for your cooperation in following these rules: 1. Temperature must not exceed 23°C 2. Loud noises are prohibited between 10:00 p.m. and 9:00 a.m. (partys are not allow at any moment) 3. Smoking is prohibited on the premises 4. Prostitution is forbidden Guest Policy * Third-party bookings are allowed, however the check-in form must be filled out by the guests who will actually be staying in the property. * All guests must be registered in advance. * Visitors will only be allowed under consideration, with prior authorization. *Any of these inappropriate behaviors will result in a FINANCIAL PENALTY From 300 to 500 euros, depending on the issue .
