Quiet stone house, close to the Futuroscope

This peaceful place to stay offers a relaxing stay for everyone. The house is located in Scorbé Clairvaux, a charming village, close to the Futuroscope park, Aquascope, Arena (22kms max 25min), at the start of beautiful hikes, close to the Parc de St Cyr, Lake Châtellerault and bike paths (the SylvainChavanel greenway). You will appreciate this house for the tranquility of the countryside and all its activities around. Ideal house for a stay with family, friends and also for professionals. The space You enter directly into a beautiful equipped kitchen, then you will find the cocooning living room with its pellet stove and coffee table that hides some card games, then thanks to a fairly steep staircase you have two bedrooms upstairs (a master bedroom and a bedroom with 1 double bed and 1 single bed), the bathroom and the toilet. On the landing, an office awaits you for a quiet time or work, a large trunk filled with board games and books. The house is really typical with its cellar and cave. Cleaning is included in the overnight stay, as well as beds made on arrival and towels. Guest access Parking on the property is available for 2 vehicles Other things to note Upon arrival you will find the beds made, bath towels and also some Tassimo coffee pods for the machine and tea. For your comfort, you will have at your disposal dishwashing liquid, laundry capsules and also for the dishwasher, tea towels, toilet paper and shower gel, for the start of your stay. The house does not have Wi-Fi but it is well covered by the network. The old house is not suitable for people with disabilities because of the irregular steps and steep staircase and requires a lot of vigilance for young children.
