The main level also includes two queen bedrooms, full bathroom and multiple patio doors opening to the spacious deck. Spiral stairs takes guests down to the lower level living room/bunkhouse which has 4 twin beds and two sofa beds with new foam mattresses. Adjacent to the living room is another queen room, second full bathroom, washer and dryer, and walkout to lower patio. Both living rooms have smart TVs. Login to your favorite streaming service or enjoy the variety of DVDs provided. Lower living room also has gaming system and Foosball table. Board games and cards are also available for family fun! Please Note- there is a flight of stairs to access the main living area, spiral staircase with gate, and stairs/downward path to access the lake frontage. The views from the home's location on the hill are beautiful. Guest access Guests use the entire space. Other things to note Capacity: Adult limit- 8 With total limit of 13 people Please treat the home, lake, land, and wild animals with respect. Please leave the whole property as you found it. Quiet Hours are from 10pm-8am. Please be respectful to the neighbors and limit your volume during those times. No parties are allowed at any time. Minimum age to rent property is 25 years old. The inside of the property is 100% non-smoking, including the use of vape pens. Firewood is provided to get you started. Guests will need to provide wood thereafter. Bonfires should never exceed the size of the fire ring. Please keep food out of bedrooms. Please note- Wifi in the Northwoods can be spotty from time to time, especially during rain or snow. No fireworks or firearms allowed at any time. Up to three, well-behaved and 100% potty-trained dogs are welcome for a fee of $50. Please keep dogs off couches and beds. Dogs must be kept on a leash when outside at all times. Please wipe paws and make sure only clean dogs are allowed back in the house. Cleaning up after your dog in the yard is required! Limit three dogs per group. Sorry, no cats or other pets. These woods are home to wildlife and insects. Please help us by keeping exterior doors closed. You may encounter deer and other critters, and we ask that you please be respectful as they pass through. Preventative bait stations are located around the property and are animal proof. Check in time is 3pm. We are happy to accommodate early check in when possible. Instructions will be sent the day before check in, with lock box code and final details will be sent day of. Check out is 11am. Please exit promptly as cleaners are scheduled to arrive at 10:15am for same day flips. Guests will be charged a fee of $30/15 minutes after 11:15am, to cover for cleaners waiting time. Thank you for your cooperation.
